Wherever you have purchased your scooter from, it's important to keep it in tip-top shape. That's why we recommend having your scooter serviced at least once a year, that way we can catch any problems early before they cause a serious problem.
Eastern Mobility is aware that a number of mobility companies carry out doorstep servicing and repair work. We have given this method of working careful consideration and are offering servicing at our base, ensuring that you get a consistent and reliable service.
- The engineer will be available to answer your questions or answer any concerns that you may have.
- All of our engineers carry ID.
- We record all work carried out and can provide a detailed service document with each service, for peace of mind we will remind you when your next service is due.
- There is a fixed price for our service so you won’t get a surprise bill?
- If required, additional parts will be charged separately after obtaining your permission.
- Your scooter will come back to you fully serviced and cleaned.
- We will service your mobility equipment regardless of where it was purchased.
- Each service comprises a comprehensive safety check.
- All of our work is fully guaranteed.
- A comprehensive battery capacity (%) check is also done as part of the service.
- A seperate battery capacity check can be requested at any time at £10 per battery), this cost is cancelled if new batteries are purchased at the time of the test.
